Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancel anytime

You can cancel a paid membership (Anchors' Alcove or Lighthouses' Lookout, monthly or yearly) at any time.

Your cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you've already paid for.

You keep full access until that date.

You won't be charged again.

After that, you stay in the free Village unless you choose to leave the community entirely.

How to cancel:

Log in to the client portal on the web, using the Login link at heartbeatsharbor.ca or at https://heartbeatsharbor.app.clientclub.net/

Click your profile photo in the top right corner.

Choose Account Settings.

Choose Billing & Subscriptions, and cancel from there.

If you can't log in or run into any other trouble, email [email protected] and we'll take care of it.

No refunds

All paid memberships, standalone courses, and digital products are non-refundable. Access to everything included, such as the full course & content archives, channels, recordings, and downloads, begins the moment you purchase, so we can't take it back once it's been given.

This includes:

Partial months or years. Cancelling partway through a yearly plan ends it at the end of that year; unused months aren't refunded.

Memberships ended because of removal for breaking the community guidelines.

If we remove you from the community

If we remove you during a paid billing period, your membership ends and won't renew.

Removed for breaking the community guidelines: no refund.

Removed because the space isn't the right fit (no guidelines broken): we'll refund at least part of your payment, in proportion to the time left in your current billing period.

Exceptions:

We will refund:

- a duplicate charge,

- a charge made after a cancellation we had already confirmed,

- a charge caused by a system or billing error on our end.
